งานดังกล่าวจัดโดย สมาคมไทย–พม่าเพื่อมิตรภาพ (The Thai-Myanmar Association for Friendship) โดยมี นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายมิน อ่อง ไลง์ ประธานาธิบดีแห่งสาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพเมียนมา เป็นประธานร่วมในพิธีเปิด เพื่อส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์และความร่วมมือด้านการค้าและการลงทุนระหว่างไทยและเมียนมา

งานดังกล่าวได้รับความสนใจจากภาคธุรกิจไทยและเมียนมาเป็นอย่างมาก โดยมีการจัดเสวนาในประเด็นด้านการค้า การลงทุน การเชื่อมโยงทางเศรษฐกิจ และโอกาสทางธุรกิจระหว่างสองประเทศ พร้อมการเจรจาธุรกิจระหว่างภาคเอกชนของทั้งสองประเทศ

JSCCIB Supports Stronger Thailand–Myanmar Business Partnership

On 6 August 2026, Dr. Poj Aramwattananont, Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand, and Mrs. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Chairwoman of the Federation of Thai Industries, together with representatives from the Board of Trade of Thailand, the Federation of Thai Industries, and the Thai Bankers’ Association, attended the Thailand–Myanmar Business Forum 2026, held under the theme “A New Chapter in Thailand–Myanmar Business Partnership” at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

The Forum was organized by The Thai-Myanmar Association for Friendship, with Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and U Min Aung Hlaing, President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, jointly presiding over the opening ceremony to promote stronger trade and investment cooperation between the two countries.

The Forum received strong interest from the Thai and Myanmar business communities, featuring discussions on trade, investment, economic connectivity, and business opportunities between the two countries, along with business discussions between private-sector representatives.

JSCCIB remains committed to strengthening private-sector connectivity between Thailand and Myanmar and promoting business opportunities to further advance economic cooperation between the two countries.
